Made of our Fluffy Cloud (40% superfine alpaca, 40% baby alpaca, 20% aussie merino wool), the Puff Sweater has an extra-soft, weightless feel. The best part? It features a cool, rounded wide neck shape and the super cute wide balloon sleeves.

This pattern is designed for the absolute beginner. 

✔️Skill - After this project, you will master the following essential skills in knitting:

Knit, purl, circular knitting, decrease (k2tog, SKPO), picking up stitches for sleeves, magic loop (for the sleeve and cuff), seaming for shoulders and sides. 

Unsure if this is too hard for you? Don't worry, we have video tutorials to walk you through the techniques you need to knit this sweater!

You will need the following needles for this project, which can be purchased as an add-on:

- A pair of 10mm Circular knitting needles

- A pair of 12mm circular knitting needles

Beautiful wool, nice pattern

The wool is really beautiful and soft! The pattern is easy to follow, though I would say it's not one size fits all. I'm 172cm tall and have pretty long arms, so I had to do 40 rows on the sleeves instead of 25 rows to get the right length, because of that I very nearly ran out of wool! If I had one more ball of wool, I would have liked to also extend the length of the body about 5 more rows as it's just a touch too cropped on me for my liking. BUT having said all that, it was a pleasure to knit, a quick and easy project (took me a week or two on-and-off). I'm really happy with it and I might buy some more yarn and try doing a gingham fairisle pattern on it next :)

Gorgeous Pattern and Yarn

Such a great kit. Well presented with quality products. Easy to follow tutorials if required. (I actually ended up extending the sleeve cuffs on the pattern.) It is like wearing a warm hug.

An absolute pleasure to knit

This knit kit was so fun and easy to follow. This was my first time trying to knit something that wasn’t a scarf and I found it really fun. Karen was super supportive straight from the start and there to help if I had any questions. The kit comes beautifully packaged and also has links to really helpful videos and I managed to knit it up in a week. The perfect project if you’re stuck inside isolating. The wool is gorgeous too and since knitting it I have been wearing it all the time ❤️Can’t wait to start another project

A fluffy dream

Oh my gosh, this sweater. I wore it for a week straight after finishing it and I absolutely love it. Karen was kind enough to convert the pattern to the round for me so I could make it seamless and it was so easy to adjust the body and sleeves to get the fit I wanted. The yarn is fluffy and dreamy but still feels substantial on the needles, the finished sweater hangs and drapes in a really cozy and stylish way, and it's warm without being too hot or heavy. Absolutely gorgeous, thank you so much.
